1. APPOINTMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS
1.1 Appointments:

All clients must schedule appointments for services.

New clients are required to have a consultation before booking any services.

Appointments can be booked through our service page.
1.2 Service Duration and Late Policy:

Services are customized for each client, and we strive to adhere to the timeline.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this, a no-show fee will be charged, and the appointment must be rescheduled.

If there is still time for the service, a $25 late fee will be applied, and not all services can be guaranteed, including a blow-dry/style.
2. CANCELLATION AND GUARANTEE POLICY
2.1 Cancellation Policy:

There is a 55% cancellation fee for no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
2.2 Service Guarantee:

Services are guaranteed for up to 3 days.

If a client seeks services from another stylist or salon, this guarantee is void.
3. CONTACT AND RESPONSE TIME
3.1 Communication:

When contacting AmandaJ. Arts LLC, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a reply.

Contact hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
4. PAYMENTS
4.1 Accepted Methods:

Payment is accepted in cash or by card.
5. CLIENT BEHAVIOR
5.1 Respectful Behavior:

All clients are expected to act in a respectable manner during appointments.
6. CHEMICAL REACTIONS AND ALLERGIES
6.1 Client Responsibility:

AmandaJ. Arts LLC is not responsible for any chemical reactions or allergies.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their hair history.
7. PRIVACY POLICY

8. RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR REFUSE SERVICE
8.1 Termination or Refusal:

AmandaJ. Arts LLC, reserves the right to terminate services to any client or refuse service at its discretion.
9. SERVICE CUSTOMIZATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
9.1 Service Customization:

All services are customized to each client.

Maintenance instructions and schedules must be followed to avoid potential damage to the hair and to maintain service guarantees.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA
10.1 Photography Policy:

When sitting in my chair, clients agree to allow pictures for marketing materials or social media.

Clients may opt-out of pictures before the appointment begins.
11. RETAINERS AND TRANSFORMATIONAL SERVICES
11.1 Retainers:

Retainers are collected for transformational services such as extensions and hair enhancement.

All retainers collected are non-refundable.
12. COVID-19 GUIDELINES
12.1 COVID-19 Guidelines:

COVID-19/flu guidelines are followed per local ordinances. I reserve the right to wear a mask if deemed necessary and may request clients to do so if displaying symptoms.
